Windows 10: Unable to connect my clickworker account to my UHRS account?

I'm trying to apply for UHRS jobs in clickworker but whenever I write down my email and password to get the assessment, it says that my Live ID can not connect to the UHRS server, what do I do?

Yes, the UHRS is linked to Clickworker, yet I am unable to gain access to it. Clickworker says they have tested the account and they can log in fine from their end.

I am using the proper URL UHRS. I have tried many times all the suggested remedies, such as clearing cache, reset
IE 11, etc. I have reset my Microsoft Account password twice to no avail. My wife can use my computer and login to her UHRS through Clickworker just fine.
