  1. Unable to connect or Remove Airpods

Hi,Whenever I try to connect my airpods to my laptop on Bluetooth it says 'That Didn't work, please make sure your Bluetooth device is still connectable, then try again' so I go to remove my airpods and it says removing device for about 7 seconds and then says remove failed. I have gone into device manager and removed all old hidden devices from the Bluetooth section and still doesn't work. Any ideas how?

    :)

  2. Can't connect AirPods with window

I already went into the setting and tried to pair my AirPods with the laptop, but it's doesn't show up on the list. I followed every step that tells on the website. And I already press and hold the button on the AirPods.

  3. Can't connect AirPods with window

    Hi Bai-fern Suwanjai,

    Welcome to Microsoft Communtiy.

Let me go over your matching steps with you.

    1. Press and hold the button on the AirPods until the indicator turns blinking white.
    2. Tap Bluetooth & Devices on your computer, tap "+" to add devices, and wait for AirPods to appear in the list.
*I have an AirPods Pro here, and based on my testing Bluetooth list it takes a few refreshes to list it. Sometimes you need to wait a while.

Alternatively, you can open the Device Manager by right clicking the Start button on the taskbar, and see if you can see AirPods under "Bluetooth" in the device Manager, where paired devices are listed.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,

Unable to connect or Remove Airpods

    Connecting airpods

My airpods are saying their connected and I never had a problem before with them. The sound keeps playing through the speaker instead of the airpods but their clearly connected. I really absolutely hate this computer since it was listed as being a good
computer and its complete trash but it never didn't connect and work properly. Its a stupid hp windows 10 if that means anything but shouldn't. I just want to know why it isn't playing through my airpods but says connected.
