Windows 10: Unable to connect to Microsoft account when installing new windows

Guys i tried installing a new and reached where it says connect to wifi to finish the installation and it connected well but am not able to connect to my Microsoft account while installing the new windows 10 but also i had formatted my hard drive containing the previous windows so am unable to even download hp cloud recovery tool and when i try to reboot the pc it just get to where i have connect to wifi so any one who can help please

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Trying to switch to Microsoft account from local, unable to...

I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck.

Any other suggestions.
