Windows 10: Unable to connect to Microsoft/Xbox/Windows Store

for about the past three months I have had this issue, My windows 10 professional computer is unable to connect to the Microsoft website, Skype, Xbox, Sign into mixer, Any Antivirus website. I don't know whats causing this, I have already gone through my programs and searched for anything suspicious, I have already reset my firewall permission, I desperately need help on this subject. I'm not going to wipe my hard drive or anything, But I am willing to take an afternoon to get whatever it is off of my computer that may be causing it. Note that I have A broken laptop screen so I need to use A monitor for the computer, So I cannot enter safe mode or do anything in the bootup menu because the screen is decimated.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Initially, we need to pair the device to show up in the list while connected through Bluetooth. Check with the below mentioned steps and see if it works.

Xbox Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store

Hi,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: You can also try to manually
download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.

"Server connectivity = blocked" on Xbox app on Windows 10

Hi MoonBunny17,

If your server connectivity is "Blocked", it means that your computer was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps from our support page, let's try to restart the "IP
Helper" and "Xbox Networking Service" by performing the following steps below:

1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run box.
2. Type "services" and hit enter to open the Services Window
3. Scroll down until you find an entry called “IP Helper”. Right-click on it, and then click Restart.
4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and do the same thing for “Xbox Live Networking Service”.
5. Close the window, open the Xbox app and check your connection again.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you try connecting your computer to another network to see if that will change the server connectivity on the Xbox app.
