Windows 10: Unable to connect to Printer Windows cannot connect to the printer.

Hello all,I'd like to seek some expertise here as I'm having difficulty connecting to my host PC that’s connected to a USB printer not a network printer. Unfortunately, I’m unable to upload an image due to being a new user.The error message I receive is: "Connect to Printer: Windows couldn't connect to the printer. Check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, make sure that the printer is turned on, and that the printer address is correct."Setup:I have a single USB printer Epson LQ-310 connected to Laptop A the host PC.Laptop B and Laptop C connect to Laptop A over

sharing a printer through wifi connection

I'm trying to share a printer (canon mp730) through a wifi network. My computer (windows vista) is connected to the printer directly. The other computer is windows xp.

When I'm working on the xp machine and press "print", it opens a dialog box and form there I select "find printer". When I click on that, it shows me the printer connected to the Vista machine select print, I get a warning message saying "you are about to install a printer driver on your machine...blah blah". I click "yes" on that and then get a message saying that the server for the printer does not have the correct printer driver installed. What to do? It seems like I've got the latest driver for the mp730 installed on both machines.

• Power off, and then power on your printer to restart it. Wait for a while for it to be fully ready.
• Check your printer connection. Check your printer and make sure that it’s connected to your PC network.
