Windows 10: Unable to connect to some microsoft services

Recently I got the Xbox game pass on pc to play some games, where I discovered that games that verify my login info are unable to connect me to xbox live. After further investigation and troubleshooting, I have found out that I am completely unable to log into another account on my computer. In the email and accounts section of settings, I am unable to manage or remove the account that I am currently logged in on and I am unable to add a microsoft account. When I click said options, a windows appears for a brief moment that says "Just a moment..." until it closes itself almost right away and n

Unable to Connect to Logical Disk Manager Service Error in Computer Management

EDIT: I also edited dcomcnfg properties to allow EXPLICIT access for the services involved with MY USERNAME, though it is part of a legit Admin group, I added it explicity... don't know if this had ANYTHING to do w/ it, but am adding it for reference here!

I got it, & the disk is formatting as I speak... listed as 100% @ this point now.

(Yes, it is rather "funny", but it helps me record steps & "think out" what the problem MIGHT be)...

* It was REALLY 'ticking me off', because I got SUCH a good deal (imo @ least) for this 250gb drive ($65 U.S. Dollars) I was rather upset I could not even format it because of this service NOT running as it should have... now, I know the way of it to get it working & so does everyone else (or, @ least this much of how to get it running again).

Unable To Connect To MyPhone Service

I have an HTC Fuze, using ATT cell service. I installed MyPhone 7/30/09 and had a successful initial synchronization. During the scheduled synchronization that evening, I received the following failure message, "Unable to connect to MyPhone Service". When
looking at the details, the message was, "My Phone was unable to connect to the server.

I have tried the suggestions in this thread, short of a hard reset and reinstalling the software and none work. Any suggestions for solving this problem would be appreciated.

To serve you better, please provide us with the following details.

  Does this error message occurs only when using Internet?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  

This issue might occur due to corrupt or missing system files. Also if the service that is used while installing apps for users on the computer is not running, you could receive such error message.



Follow the methods and check if it resolves the issue:

Method 1:



Check if the AppX Deployment service is started and running in Automatic mode. Follow the steps:

a) Press Windows+R key and type “services.msc”. Hit Enter.

b) Locate AppX Deployment service (APPXSVC). Right Click on it and select Properties.

c) Click on Start under service status and select Automatic under startup.

d) Go to Dependency tab and check for the dependent services. You need to expand Remote Procedure call service. You would find couple of services: DCOM Server Process Launcher and RPC Endpoint Manager.

e) Close the window and look for these services. Right click on DCOM Server Process Launcher and click on Properties. Set the service to automatic and start the service. Similarly, start the service for RPC Endpoint Manager in Automatic mode. Close
the services window. Restart the computer.



Check if you still receive the error message. If yes, proceed to the next suggestion.



Method 2:



Follow the steps from section "Windows 8.1 or Windows 8" to run SFC scan to scan and fix corrupt system files:

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files



Method 3:



I would suggest you to install the latest network driver from the computer manufacturer’s website.



Check if the issue still persists.
