Windows 10: Unable to connect to some pc apps

Hello, guys am having an issue, when am trying to connect to some PC apps and the problem only started today. The internet is fine but for some reason, it only works with chrome or Microsoft Edge web apps...Yesterday I was connected to the internet through a VPN but after I removed it all these problems appeared ...Apps like Deezer, Spotify, Netflix , Mail and Microsoft cannot work with my mobile hotspot. I have reset both my Microsoft store and network settings but still, the problem persists and just now Netflix gave this error T1-H1-W80072EFD. just checked it up and it's saying the issue

Unable to connect your Phone app with PC

I understand that you are facing issues while using phone app on your PC. I appreciate your time and effort in trying to resolve the issue. I would like to know, have you tried connecting the devices on the same subnet?



As you have already tried resetting the app many times, I would suggest you to uninstall and re-install the app and check if that helps. Follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the Your Phone app.

1. Press Windows + X key and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
2. Now type in the command: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage
   
3. Restart the PC

After restarting the PC, install the app from
Microsoft Store.



In addition, as you have mentioned that you are using a firewall to allow traffic between the devices, I would suggest you to disable the firewall and check if you are able to connect.



Note: If you disable the security software or firewall, the system might be temporarily exposed to security threats and risks. Please make sure to turn it on after performing the steps.



If the issue persist, please get back to us with the result of troubleshooting steps to assist you further with the issue.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
