  1. Unable to connect to the network

    Dear community,

Il mio livello di italiano non è molto avanzato per spiegare il mio problema perché sono parole di linguaggio informatico che non ho idea come si dice quindi scrivo in inglese.

I have one laptop and the two phones that are connected fine in the wify while the other laptop is keep sending me a message "Unable to connect to the network ehen i try to sign in to the network".

    I tried to:

Connect it via cable and works fine but I don't have cable big enough to have it in my room.

Secondly, i deleted the network from the history of the laptop and also i didfactory reset to the routerand it worked but after a reboot in the laptop doesn't work and keep sending me the same message.

Thirdly, i went to every driver in the device manager->Network adapter and made sure that every driver is updated.

Fourth, i made sure i have all the drivers and every update done in the laptop

Lastly, I can connect to portable wify or via cable in the same network as i said but i prefer it via wify.

I would like a solution that isn't a format because i have terra of data inside.

Thank you for your time and patience

    CM

    :)

  4. Unable to connect to the network

    Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

    2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

    3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

    4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.

I Hope you solve out your query soon.
