Windows 10: Unable to connect to Univerity's eduroam network

I go to University of Rome Tor Vergata. I am unable to connect to the eduroam network on my Windows 11 laptop, however, it works fine in other devices. I did have to go through some manual configurations on android though.To my knowledge, the eduroam system at here is somewhat outdated or something. In android, I manually had to go to advanced settings, and set it up for TTLS-PAP authorization. Now, on windows, everytime I tried to connect, it just kept giving me "Can't connect to this nework". I tried hours to find a method to make it work, but nothing on the internet I was able to explore co

How to conntect to eduroam network with Nokia C5-03?

Hi guys,



Did someone manage to connect to an eduroam network with your Nokia C5-03 and mind sharing your configs and settings step by step?



I would like to connect to my university's eduroam network but constantly fail with the authentication despite having tried different settings already.



Your help is very much appreciated!

 

Connecting to Eduroam network in Lumia 925

I want to connect to the WiFi network my university provides, which is Eduroam and I have been able to connect with my Nokia 500 which runs Symbian s60.

But I can't connect via my Lumia 925, which supposedly supports the EAP-TLS protocols required by Eduroam. I select the Eduroam connection on WLAN menu, tap it to connect and enter my credentials. It doesn't connect with every single possible option I can
choose. I tried every one of them. And I tried importing the CA certificate to the phone, which was successful, but didn't help connecting to the Eduroam. What kind of problem am I facing here, an issue with my school network or something to do with my phone
itself or the software it currently has (WP 8.1 Denim with the latest updates installed) ? I tried to search through internet for whether the phone supports or not, but they were mostly 2-3 years old posts in discussion forums. I don't know if all the users
can connect by now with the newest software updates.

Also, when I try to select certificate option instead of username and password, it says the phone does not have any certificates installed. But just down the screen, I can see lots of certificates including the one I installed on the server certificate verification
options. What kind of certificates does it need that would be listed in the connection method options?

 

E71 can't connect to eduroam?!

EDUROAM is a world-wide wireless network access for educational purposes that is supported by a vast number of universities around the world. The security protocoll it uses is EAP-TTLS, as all eduroam networks do, but with PAP authetification. I get a connection
time-out every time I try to connect. The problem is NOT with the wi-fi provider and it cannot be changed (eduroam is a world wide network that uses a world-wide standard), the problem is with Nokia.
