    I've had my PC for a few years now, and the whole time I've had it, I've always had issues with Wi-Fi. I got a network adapter to try and sort it 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card, but gae up and used an ethernet cable, which solved it. My router has been moved and I can't use an ethernet cable anymore. My PC is installed with a Realtek RTL8192EE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC Driver Version: 2023.70.109.2018Processor- AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega GraphicsI've tried all the things google recommends, ipconfig commands in the command prompt, driver updates, network reset through network re

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.



    I suggest you to run the in-built troubleshooter for Internet connections.

    • Open 'Settings' and click on 'Update and security'.
    • On the left pane, select 'Troubleshoot' and run the troubleshooter for 'Internet Connections'.

    I understand that you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi on your computer. I’ll help you with this issue.



    However, please let us know:



    • What happens when you try to connect to a Wi-Fi network?
    • Do you receive any error message/code? If yes, what is the error message?
    • Could you please provide us more information on, “network adapter is not working properly”?
    • Are you aware of changes made to the computer recently?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
      winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
      Enter.


    I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

    and see if that helps.
