    I had used BitLocker to encrypt my Windows 10 pro PC, and periodically backed up my files to a folder on an external drive.. Last week I had to factory reset my PC because it was freezing frequently. When I tried to copy over my files from the external drive, the folder they are stored with all the files are encrypted and couldn't be transferred. When I try to open the files directly from the external drive they have a locked padlock icon and the error message says: " A problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted." The error messages I receive when I copy over individual files fr
