Windows 10: Unable to Copy and Paste to RemoteApp

Hi We have a RemoteApp on users Desktops which connects to a Server 2008R2 Enterprise, but when users are trying to copy and paste either text or an attachment it wont allow them.Yet if I log then directly onto the server they can copy and paste both text and attachments back and forth.Has anyone had this issue, and found a solution?RegardsMark

• What browser are you using?
• Is this issue happening with a specific website?

We suggest trying to do the same function (Copy and Paste) using a different browser and using other website as well.

Copy and paste doesn;t work when opened RemoteApp and Desktop Connections

Recently we had some problems with the latest Windows Update, once we installed these updates, then when we open the remote app link via RemoteApp and Desktop Connections, we can't copy and paste anything in both Windows desktop or remote session. We have to kill the RDP session from server completely then those 2 functions will come back. Would you mind have a look?
