Windows 10: unable to correct blue screen error

I got a message on my laptop that it had a problem and they were collecting error codes and they would restart it. It's lenovo ideapad 3 that I bought about 2 mo ago,and worked fine until now. The message never showed more than 0%, and no restart. I tried going into windows recovery. It ran though automatic fix, I tried opening windows in safe mode and it only showed the dark blue blank screen. I tried the reset option but that required my password and it kept saying it was incorrect even though the email address was correct. I signed into my account on my old laptop, and changed my password.

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
