Windows 10: Unable to create any file

Hi, I am using Windows 10 on my Haier Y11C laptop. One day out of no where every file that I open or access deletes on its own. And not even once, it tries to delete it multiple times throwing unable to delete missing file exception. The solutions I have tried so far are. At first I thought it was because of some Malware or Virus so I scannned the whole system with Mccafe LiveSafe. Which flagged some files as malware and removed them. But it didn't solve the issue. Then I tried reinstalling Windows 10 via USB after cleaning up my whole hard drive. After the install I downloaded all the updates and it still did not solved the issue. I have been looking around for quite some time now and have not been able find anything usefull. I'm not sure as to where to look further so in my last desperate attempt I am asking here. Do let me know if I need to provide any kind of logs.

Windows 10 - Unable to open many files, task manger, etc.

Method 1:



I would suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  sfc/scannow and press enter.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  
  If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:
  

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing
  Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to
create a new user account and check if that helps.

Unable to create System Repair Disc with some files missing on Windows 10

Windows Resource Protection (WRP) file is missing or is corrupted, Windows may not behave as expected.

Unable to create new User account

  Are you logged in with a Microsoft account or Local account?
  
• 
  Are you trying to create new user account using Administrator account?
