Windows 10: Unable to create Family Group

Discus and support Unable to create Family Group in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a Microsoft 365 Family subscription at the end of November and activated it on 04.12.23 for one year.     Unable to create Family Group


    I bought a Microsoft 365 Family subscription at the end of November and activated it on 04.12.23 for one year. To this day, I can't connect my family members.If I try to share email, I get an error "We encountered an error. Wait a few minutes and try again. TraceID: 3/l/wR0jEEOTYzSu.23.200".If I want to create a link and share it, I can't connect and I get the error "Sorry, something went wrong. We are not sure what happened, but refreshing the page or trying again after a while may help".But of course none of this works.The error started appearing on 06.12 "You have sent multiple invitations.
