Windows 10: unable to create hotspot in win 10 pro

Hi all,

I am facing a problem with my windows 10 pro version with latest update.

the issue is that I am using network dongle as dialup network provider. may check it on taskbar. its connected with dialup network.(screenshot)

I am unable to create hotspot from win 10 during it.

the error (screenshot attached)

is there any solution for it ?is it a BUG in window 10 or its any mistake from my side in any process to enable it.

kindly guide me.

Unable to create mobile hotspot [Windows 10 Pro]

Updating your Windows software protects you from malware and malicious attacks, often includes feature enhancements and security updates. The latest version of
Windows 10 is Fall Creators Update Version 1709.
If you update your operating system, the hotspot feature will be added in the process. We suggest that you manually perform it by following the steps below:

• Make sure that you are connected to the Internet.
• Press Windows + I to open Settings.
• Click Update & security.
• Click Check for updates.
• Wait and let your computer download the Windows Update.
