    unable to deactivate win 10


    unable to deactivate win 10 by slmgr. vbs /upk, tried this slmgr. vbs /upk, command but after restarting and connecting with internet it got digital license and still activated.

    Win 10 upgrade deactivates Win 7 after fail.

    Sorry wasn't able to record screenshot although SAFE_OS was mentioned. Unable to repeat upgrade process because now Win 7 is deactivated and won't upgrade.

    System is compatible because PC has already had Windows 10 loaded and activated but then reverted back to Win 7 as user didn't want it at the time. I have followed correct procedure for upgrade.

    Win 10 upgrade deactivates Win 7 after fail.

    PC with Win 7 Ultimate had been upgraded to Win 10 but reverted to Win 7 Ult. Now trying to restore Win 10 by doing upgrade fails and DEACTIVATES Win 7 Ult?

    • Have you tried the troubleshooting steps provided in the previous posts?
