• In Disk cleanup, select Clean up system files.

What is the version of your Windows 10? to check, simply go to Cortana and type-in winver Version 16** (OS Build 12345.6789)

For the meantime, you can delete the temporary files by simply following the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + R
  
• Type temp > click OK
  
• Press Ctrl + A > click Delete
  
• Press Windows key + R
  
• Type %temp% > click OK
  
• Press Ctrl + A > click Delete
  
• Press Windows key + R
  
• Type prefetch > click OK
  
• Select all > click Delete

As you are saying that you are not able to delete the temporary internet files and temporary Files in Windows 10.

2.In the Disk Cleanup had you checked the Temporary Internet files and Temporary files before doing disk cleanup?
