Windows 10: Unable to delete a PDF file

I am unable to delete a PDF file in Windows 11, nor am I able to open it "the path does not exist". It was saved as a super long file name:wBBAGMAdABpAHYAZQBSAGUAcABvAHIAdABzACAAOCkNCi9DcmVhdGlvbkRhdGUgKEQ6MjAyMjA5MDUxNjU0MTQtMDQnMDAnKQ0KPj4NCmVuZG9iag0KNTcgMCBvYmoNCjw8DQovVHlwZSAvQ2F0YWxvZw0KL1BhZ2VzIDMgMCBSDQovT3V0bGluZXMgMSAwIFINCi9QYWdlTW9kZSAvVXNlTm9uZQ0KL1ZpZXdlclByZWZlcmVuY2VzIDw8Please advise- thank you!

Unable to Print PDF files

We understand your concern as you are unable to print a PDF file. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the printer & PC?
  
• Does this issue specific to a particular PDF file or all PDF file in the USB?
  
• What is the program that you are using to open the PDF file in order to print?
  
• Did you try printing any PDF file that is saved on the PC?
  
• What happens when you try to print, do you get any error message/code?

Delete and Cut Files with Preview Pane Open

I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve this issue.

• Have you tried to delete the pdf file in preview panel?
• What exactly happens when try to delete the pdf file?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Open File Explorer.
  
• 
  Select View and click on preview panel.
  
• 
  Select the pdf file.
  
• 
  At the right corner you will be able to see preview panel.
  
• 
  You can right click on it and delete the files.

Hello Bhaumik,

For you to download and access the PDF files, please follow the steps below:

• Please download and install the UC browser and Xodo PDF Reader & Editor from Windows Store.
• Once installed, please download the PDF file from a web page using the
  UC browser by tapping the PDF file you wish to download > Click
  Regular Download.
• Once the PDF file is downloaded, please go to App list >
  Xodo application > Menu icon > Recent Documents > tap the
  PDF file you've downloaded from UC browser.

Please note that if you have an existing PDF Reader application installed on your phone, we suggest that you uninstall it first.
