  1. Unable to delete MsMpEng.exe. Is there another way to delete it?

Hi there, I'm looking for a way to disable and or delete windows defender entirely within a virtual machine. To be clear, this is a virtual machine, not on a live production machine. This is more so for just for fun type of thing. If it's not possible, that's ok. I'll figure out some other to destroy a virtual machine just like vargskelethor Joel does for fun

    :)

  2. 0 byte folder cannot be deleted Problem

Yea, deleting will be done the same way. You can call up the list of commands the same way aswell; "delete /?" I think it is. It's been a while *Laugh

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name

    Suggestion:
    1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
    2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
    3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
    4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.

Unable to delete MsMpEng.exe. Is there another way to delete it?

    Explanations for deleted posts?

Like I said, it makes no sense in letting users see deleted posts, even if they are their own. That's why they were deleted in the first place. If they get to see who specifically deleted it, it only serves one purpose. Lets them bitch.
