Windows 10: Unable to delete "search xyz" browser hijacker through Microsoft and Malwarebytes programs....

Made several attemps using Microsoft and Malwarebytes programs to delete/ remove the "search.xyz" browser hijacker program. Unable to find any listings on any file search for the "search.xyz". The "search.xyz" program is very persistent. I do not want to do a complete reboot or other major programing if possible. Also, need to be able to either keep this program and/ or other similiar programs returning or be able to easily remove such programs.I;m not very knowledgeable at troubleshooting computer programs or computers.

browser hijacked

I've removed viruses using Avast & Malwarebytes but still get browser redirects when trying to go to any Microsoft sites or update page. Any suggestions?

 

Browser Hijack

My browsers (Edge, Chrome and Firefox) have been hijacked by a malware that redirects whatever searched to 'cheapred.info'. Windows Defender is unable to detect and delete the malware even after a thorough scan. I uninstalled all suspicious looking programs
but it did not help. Kindly Suggest a Solution
