Windows 10: Unable to delete Temporary Internet files and Windows Update Clean-up

Hi i have run out of space for some time and wanted to delete some files i see to be too huge within the system. I noticed this Temporary Internet files and Windows Update-clean-up could help spare me space but for nearly two months now ,i have used disk clean up normal and as admin to take them out but has never been successful, I also tried deleting them the system, storage, clean up recommendation but has not ho success.i have attached some images of the screen i tried using to delete them.

I would respond as follows:

1. No, I have not installed any third party applications to delete Temporary Internet Files or Temporary Files.

2. Yes, as mentioned in my message, I had chcked the relevant boxes for Temporary Internet Files and Temporary Files before performing Disk Clean-up. But still the files won't delete.

Your suggestion is about deleting Browsing history. I don't have any issues with deleting Browsing history. It's about deleting Temporary Internet Files and Temporary Files. Browsing history can be deleted via Internet Options or from the option available
in the Hub of Microsoft Edge.

Any help on how to delete Temporary Internet Files and Temporary Files would be greatly appreciated.

Help !!! delete temporary internet files options are corrupted and freezing

drive checks out fine and I did run ccleaner, but windows is still broken

im not saying I have a "too many temporary files I cant delete issue" (maybe i do) but that's of secondary to the problem at hand which is that the delete function for them is non-functional in windows using disk cleaner or internet options
