Windows 10: Unable to detect bluetooth, GPU, wireless network, camera after format with Windows 10

Hi all,My computer was purchased in China and I was unable to change the language. So I went and DL Windows 10 onto a USB stick. After formating, my computer was unable to locate camera, bluetooth device, GPU, wireless card, etc even after installing the drives. I cannot firmat back into the original factory setting into chinese, pls help. thanks

Edit: This is a dongle with old BT version I see now, but I'm sure you can find a Asus BT4.0 version.

@aasim1111 I have this one, it doesn't show that it supports A2DP in the specs but I think it'll work, otherwise send a mail to Asus and ask.

Really? 10 meters (~35ft) has always been about the max for any BT I've encountered.
