Windows 10: Unable to diagnose WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR mini dump?

Hello All, I'm not sure how frequently this forum is monitored, but I'm at my wits end on troubleshooting a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.I'm under the impression that this is usually but not limited to a hardware issue, but I seem to be unable to gain any relevant information from my mini dump files.Some background:My PC crashes consistently while running games, at intermittent intervalsWindows memory diagnostic found no errorsBIOS is up to dateBIOS is running all default settings, no overclock, etc.Windows update is up to dateRe-installing windows does not resolve the issueWhen attempting to an

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR may appear due to the system facing a critical error and hardware failure. For us to properly isolate your case, we'd like to confirm the following information:

• How and when did the error come up?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Have you made any recent changes to your device prior to this happening?
• Are there any third party applications or software installed on your PC?
• Aside from the steps you mentioned, can you specify if you tried other procedures to resolve the issue?

Unable for format Mini PC - X5 with Windows

I recently purchased a X5 Mini PC from the following site and was trying to have a clean install of Windows 10 instead of the pre-install copy with android.

During the installation process, I was thrown with an error stating that "Setup was unable to create a new system partition: Fix for Windows".

1. I have tried to work on this for a couple of nights along with this
   guide to use diskpart to pre-format and prepare the disk. But
   it didn't work, the same error still occurred.
   
2. Others suggest that it could be an UEFI locked issue and I should disable the secure boot option. However, the APTIO Setup Utility does not provide me with any option. I tried adding administrator password in security, hoping that it would enable the option as other suggest, but it failed to work.
   

Does anyone have similar experience or is familiar with BIOS and UEFI to lend a hand? Much appreciated.

2. SFC /Sannow
3. MemTest86
4. Dell Extensive Diagnostics

Nothing show up with error...

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR is what was showing on the BSOD
