Windows 10: Unable to dial out flrom local Outlook via Teams

unable to dial out from local Outlook 365 client app over the past two years every few months a Windows 11 update comes out that prevents dialing out to a pstn call via right clicking on the Outlook contact and selecting "call". Get an error message about MS telephony services not installed. Which they are. doesnt matter if they're running or not. Uninstalling and reinstalling Teams and Office do not fix. Non destructive reinstall of Windows 11 and running the using repair tools don't fix. If i wait three or so more updates, the problem goes away. Office support tier 2 swears it's a

Outlook and Teams keeps crashing- now affecting OFFICE

Hello Everyone.

For over a month i have been having contact issues with MS outlook app and Teams via MS 365 for office. There are several items to address as nothing seems to fix the issue. NOTE: MY IOS of outlook and teams works seamlessly.

1. Outlook is constantly non responsvie. and I have tried the following:
   
   1. Used the Outlook recovery tools
      
   2. Repaired corrected OST/PST files
      
   3. Deleted and created new profiles
      
   4. CLean repmove and install and updates
      
   5. I have removed all caching from Outlook and still non responsive
      
   6. Latest attempt - unchecked calander integration with teams and still unresponsive
      
   7. I have movedd all OST and PST saving locoal to the PC instead of using Onedive.
      
2. Teams - Constantly lnon responsive. Steps taken almostt daily
   
   1. Continuely delete temp files
      
   2. I have to use web version of teams now.
      
3. ONedrive
   
   1. It seems to lock up as well due to multipple accounts -personal and business.
      

Outlook and Windows setup:

1. To log in, I use my general account to login into Windows using Windows creentials
   
2. I do have mutliple email accounts for segregating companies and businesses.
   
   1. Ooulook tries to loac 2 accounts and these are seperate from teh windows login.
      
   2. Onedriive signs into 2 acocunts and these are seperate from the windows login.
      
   3. Team signs into 1 account and its only related to 1 account for outlook
      
3. For some reason and I dont know why, window constantly asked me to sign in using my wifes acccoutn but he doesnt even have access to the PC.
   
4. I use Bitdefender as my antiviruus and not apps are blocked related to MS OFfice products.
   

This is now starting to effect EXCEL.

Please help as I have not found any information online to fix this. I wast wasted over 100 hours trying to fix the issue and no one else seems to be able to help.

outlook express

unless that rig is on dial up then there is no need to set up Outlook of course unless they need it for work. They can just check their email via the internet like any yahoo gmail or hotmail or what ever mail. I understand using Outlook to Pop in work emails but if your not on dial up then I would say scrap the Outlook app altogether.
