Windows 10: Unable to display bitlocker recovery key--issue reoccuring for a week

Hello,I recently had my Dell XPS 15 motherboard replaced due to a component failure. And now to get into Windows I need to enter the bitlock recovery key.But upon logging into my account I kept getting the error in the screenshot. I tried to sign out and sign in, but it just kept giving me that screen.I need that Bitlock Key to get back access to my laptop all together....All precious financial data were there..I have been redirected by the automated phone message for more than 30 times! I just can't get an agent to help me? what is this? It had been 5 days! Angry customers, frustrated boss..

4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key? - Yes, I am unable to even start my laptop unless I enter the recovery key.
2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer? Nope
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key? Yes. I have a microsoft account and am able to login usually. But i am unable to login when I try to find the bitlocker recovery key.
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional? Windows 10 Home

When I on my laptop, there is a blue screen that asks me for bitlocker recovery key. I have tried asking my laptop company (Lenovo) and my institution both but no one has any answer to this. I have my bitlocker recovery ID number if that can help me find
the recovery key.

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
