Windows 10: unable to do windows 11 version 23h2 update

Discus and support unable to do windows 11 version 23h2 update in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i have tried the dism commands on cmd and nothing works and i think it may have also disabled my bluetooth and made me unable to connect gaming...     Windows update currently does not list "Feature Update to Windows 11, Version 23H2". How can I get and install it?

    The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

    Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

    • 22000.xxx is 21H2
    • 22621.xxx is 22H2
    • 22631.xxx is 23H2
