    I am using Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 with Windows 10 Home

    i have issue with Windows store, where I Am unable to download any apps. when i select to download an app, after awhile it comes with an error says 'something unexpected happened' with error code: 0x80072F8F

    Unable to download apps from Windows 10 Store (error 0x80072f8f) PLEASE HELP

    I have been unable to download any apps or games from the Windows Store for a few days now. I bought this laptop I'm using now about 4 days ago and was able to download apps and games on the day I got it. However, the next day, I tried to install Asphalt
    8 and it said starting download and then it said "error - see details" "try that again" "something went wrong" "the error code is 0x80072f8f, in case you need it". This comes up every time.
    I have tried running multiple troubleshooters to no success, I have reset the Windows Store Cache(wsreset.exe) also to no success. I have run the troubleshooter for Windows apps twice and the only problem it found was "Windows Store App Cache may be damaged"
    and it said it was unable to repair it. I have a functional internet connection and my date and time settings are all correct. Please help, thanks in advance.
