Windows 10: Unable to download and install latest FTDI Drivers Windows 10.

Have KKL **** COM for 409.1 and am attempting to update Drivers from Microsoft Update Catalogue. Unfortunately, Windows File Opener is not working; Select file/ next/Select File Category/ Windows Cabinet File Archive Files - best match/ Click the download link/ Open the download Page for: Ultra File Opener results in Code: 0X00000005.

Need support for signing the Custom FTDI CDM Driver in order to install it in Windows 10

Hi Team,

FTDI CDM Driver is a windows supported open source driver. We installed the FTDI Driver version 2.12.28 by downloading it from Future Technology Devices International Ltd - FTDI. And the driver was successfully installed in Windows 10 Operating System.

FTDI also provides library files which can be customized and installed in our Windows OS. So we created a new customized FTDI Driver based on the version 2.12.28. When we tried to install this customized driver, installation fails in Win10 but installed
successfully in Win7.

When we analyzed on this issue we came to know to that the new customized driver has to signed in order to get installed in Win10. When we contacted FTDI Support team on this, we got a response stating that Microsoft has the reselling authority of FTDI
Drivers and advised us to contact Microsoft on this regard.

As we couldn't find any straight forward procedure to get the custom FTDI driver signed, we are raising this ticket to get the required help on this.

So we hereby request you to help us to get our custom FTDI CDM Driver signed so that it could be installed in Win10.

 

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.

FTDI driver - help ?

Okay clicked on that prolific driver within downloads and it went thru the process of installing. Rebooted the pc but still comming up with yellow triangle !!....argh !!

Okay all resolved !!
Found another link on the net that was for FTDI drivers, downloaded and one said cdm and one said FTDI, unzipped the FTDI one and it had amongst other files named ftd2xx.h. Anyway pointed the instal new driver option to downloads / FTDI and it installed perfectly and software is running a treat !
