Windows 10: Unable to download apps from Microsoft Store, error code 0x87e10bc6

When I try to install any app from the Microsoft Store, it just says Error after a short while. When I look at the error details, it just says "Something unexpected happened" with a message to report the problem and error code 0x87e10bc6. I tried a couple suggestions to clear the store cache, reset the app, reset some settings on each of the store apps, and then uninstall and reinstall the Windows Store app altogether, and restarted my computer a few times in the process, but I still see the error. How do I resolve this issue?

Hello, i'm having an issue with downloading apps from win 10 store.

That is bassicaly what i get every single time.
Now i have posted a topic on Microsoft Community forums, but it's dragging along and my feeling is that that reply that i got is the only one that i will get.
They did provide me with steps to follow, first two didn't find/fix any issues, third one i couldn't execute due to an error which i don't understand and therefore cannot fix on my own. Any help would be appreciated.

It is really frustrating as i want to explore different apps/games but i'm being stopped dead in my tracks.
