Windows 10: Unable to download from Microsoft Store due to unrecognized architecture/hardware

Hi, I'm not able to download anything from the microsoft store either due to it not recognizing how much memory I have or not recognizing the architecture of my PC. I've tried WSReset.exe but it just hangs and does nothing, I've used the troubleshooter which fixed some background services so I restarted, and I've done the bits where I uninstall and reinstall the store. Thanks for the help.

I suggest you to reset Windows Store by following the steps below and check if it helps.

Press “Windows key + R”, type “WSReset.exe” (without quotes) and press Enter.

Windows App troubleshooter to resolve this issue. Here are the steps:

• Click Settings.
• Click Update & Security.
• Click Troubleshoot.
• Look for Windows Store Apps.
