Windows 10: Unable to download my copy of Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

When MC Bedrock first released, I had obtained a free copy of it due to already owning a Java Edition account. A while afterwords, I purchased an Xbox One S with a code for Minecraft, along with some goodies.

I recently got a new PC, and have been trying to download and install my copy of Bedrock, however it is only giving me the option to purchase a new copy on both Mojang's website, and on the Microsoft Store. I've tried everything I could to get it to work, however so far nothing is working.

When I am able to get it to a point where I can download it, it is only giving me the option to install it on my old console, which I no longer have in my possession and have removed from my Microsoft Account.

I have just done a search on Minecraft Bedrock edition and could not find it. Are you sure it was Minecraft Bedrock edition, and not another edition of Minecraft?

I have also looked on your Xbox profile and found that you do not have Minecraft Bedrock Edition in the games you have played. You seem to have the following: Minecraft, Minecraft Xbox One Edition, and Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.

Please can you check to make sure it shows under My purchases on https://account.microsoft.com

• From where did you download the Minecraft Bedrock Edition?
  
• Were you able to play Minecraft Bedrock Edition earlier on this computer?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

Minecraft Bedrock edition

My friend installed the free trial of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and after about a month he bought java edition and got a free code. After he redeemed it sent him to the Microsoft store where it told him to buy it even though he was logged in and when he
tried to type the code again it just says its already redeemed. When he launches Minecraft Bedrock it tells him to buy it again and there is no way to uninstall it. So he basically bought a game that he can't play (Java edition works).
