Windows 10: Unable to Download Service Pack 2 for Windows 7 x64

I am trying to download the SP2 for Windows 7, but when I click on the link in the pop-up from the Windows Update Catalog pictured below, nothing happens. I am currently running a Windows 10 laptop, but I am wanting to download this pack to run Windows 7 on another computer. Because it has SP1, it currently can't access the internet so I'm hoping I can transfer the file to that computer via USB or some similar storage.
