Windows 10: Unable to download Sticky Notes from Microsoft App Store; this has been the case since...

Note that although the app was included in Windows 10, it was not working and deleted from my laptop. My IT team has informed me that I will need to wait until it is available for download, before the app can be reinstalled on my machine.

Unable to download Sticky notes

The Microsoft Sticky Notes came preinstalled with Windows 10. To isolate your concern in downloading
Sticky Notes, we'd like to check the following:

• The status of Microsoft Sticky Notes in the Store application. See default status below.

• If you are receiving an error message when launching the preinstalled
  Sticky Notes.
• If you are updating the Microsoft Sticky Notes application.
• If you are downloading other Sticky Notes versions. See screenshot below.

Sticky notes won't download

Sticky notes won't download from the Microsoft app store. I used to have it on my Windows 10 OS, but when I got my computer fixed from a strange incident, sticky notes would no longer open, and I when I clicked on the app to download it from the store, a blank window would pop up and immediately go away.

I lost a lot of notes including a fun anime watch list man.

Why am I not able to open sticky notes or download the app anymore?
