Windows 10: Unable to download Windows 11 from my purchases

I purchased a windows 11 pro upgrade on June 3rd. I can find it in my account and you charged my credit card. I do not get a prompt to download on login, I'm unable to download from my purchases. How do I get this link ASAP? Oh and your other articles were NOT helpful.

Unable to Purchase anything on Windows Store

Whenever I am trying to purchase/upgrade any App in Store, I am getting an error as shown in the screenshot:





Please help suggest why this is happening, and how to rectify? Apps are downloading and updating absolutely fine. There is also no Issue with my account.

Hello Nraina thank you for posting.

Here are some suggestions you can try in order to solve this issue.

• I would suggest you log with your Microsoft Account on
  https://account.live.com make sure your birth date, time&date and the time zone are correct.
  

• If you are having this issue on your Windows Phone, please check the time and date on the phone as well (<<settings <<time&date) and set them on manual.
  

• Please also log with the same Microsoft account to
  http://www.xbox.com and make sure you have created you Gamertag.

• As a last step, please just do a soft reset of the phone (if the issues are on you r Windows Phone)

Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 20 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release the buttons and the phone should restart.

Unable to download or Install games on Windows 11 Pro

Hi,

I purchased windows 11 and installed it over Parallels 17 on the new Mac with M1 chip. Windows works fine but I am unable to download Age of Empires (All versions) which I had purchased and was working on my older Mac with Bootcamp and Windows 10 Pro. Now I have to download using Xbox App and gives me an “error 00000000x001”. I have updated with all possible updates, also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, also uninstalled and installed a fresh copy of windows 11, still the same problem.

I had purchased Rise of Nations which downloads but crashes after the Microsoft Studios initial logo?

Had written to the Age Of Empires support team and they mentioned that the Windows team should be able to help? Unable to reach the support on windows help as the Get Help app in Windows 11 also keeps crashing? Please can some expert on this community help with step by step guidance for me to follow..
