Windows 10: Unable to Download windows 11 iso

I went to the download page and tried to download the iso and it says that "certain people/location are blocked" so i tried turning off my DNS and connecting to another network but didnt work. I am currently on linux hence i cant even use the media writer since it is an exe file. I have seen similar posts recently and waas hoping if i could get a temporary link to download it similar to the other posts. Thank You.

23H2 ISO is the latest version. You can download it using the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool.

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?
