Windows 10: Unable to Download Windows Media Feature Pack despite trying everything

Hello, I have been trying to Install the Windows media feature pack on my pc because it seems to be missing. I tried everything to install it but nothing works. Initially it was because I kept getting the "FAILED TO LOAD LIBRARY MFPLAT.DLL" error while trying to download Roblox but then went down a rabbithole to find out that the media feature didn't even exist on my pc. I used windows powershell to download it but everytime I get and error: 87. I simply don't know what to do. My PC is on a Windows 10 Enterprise N. That is the latest update that I am able to do. Please do help! Used this tutor

Problem with Media Feature Pack.

When I follow these steps Media Features are not listed, despite having downloaded and installed the Windows Media Feature Pack! Please help! Can't install GTA: V! Aaaargh!

 

Downloading Feature Media Pack

I am using a Windows 10 Education N and I am trying to find a Feature Media Pack. However, I cannot find it in the list of optional features, and when I check, it says my version is 10.0. There is no option to download a Feature Media Pack for 10.0, and I cannot find any tutorials which help. Hopefully, you can.

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional features > Add a feature.

Find the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.
