Windows 10: Unable to Download Windows Store Purchase

I asked this on Microsoft Community but haven' gotten a response.
I purchased a new laptop.
I then purchased a game but misspelled my last name.
I was able to correct the misspelling but still can't find a way to download my purchase.

Am I missing something?

Unable to purchase app in store

Hello Nraina thank you for posting.

Here are some suggestions you can try in order to solve this issue.

• I would suggest you log with your Microsoft Account on
  https://account.live.com make sure your birth date, time&date and the time zone are correct.
  

• If you are having this issue on your Windows Phone, please check the time and date on the phone as well (<<settings <<time&date) and set them on manual.
  

• Please also log with the same Microsoft account to
  http://www.xbox.com and make sure you have created you Gamertag.

• As a last step, please just do a soft reset of the phone (if the issues are on you r Windows Phone)

Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 20 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release the buttons and the phone should restart.

Unable to download from Windows Store

• What is the actual issue you are facing?
• Are you unable to download Apps from Windows Store?

Please provide us a screen shot of the issue if possible.

I suggest you to reset Windows Store by following the steps below and check if it helps.

Press “Windows key + R”, type “WSReset.exe” (without quotes) and press Enter.

Please revert with necessary information and we’ll be glad to assist you.

 

Windows unable to download apps from Store

I had trouble with Solitaire collection and uninstalled it. I now cannot reinstall it. When I go to the store there is a queue with nothing on the list and the constantly spinning logo as if it is trying to do something. This just hangs there. I have
tried WSreset. I also find that I am unable access my previously purchased Magic Jigsaw Puzzles - it tells me "Purchases are not available" so presumably this is also to do with the store veing stuck. Any suggestions would be welcome.
