Windows 10: Unable to drag and drop a file on a taskbar icon like Windows 10

So, I've never seen this issue being brought up and figured maybe it was a me issue but apparently not.Disclaimer, I've downgraded to Windows 10 since a few months ago so I can't be certain if this is fixed or not but I never heard it be mentioned in any sort of bug report.Basically, when I drag a file to a taskbar icon, it makes the app that's already open go full screen and allow for the file to be dropped inide the app window. However, in Windows 11 this was not possible and you'd only get a huge sign.I'm unable to provide a screenshot of the exact behavior, but to reproduce it, you cou

• Drag and drop is now supported on the Windows 11 taskbar. Quickly drag and drop files between app windows, by hovering over apps in the taskbar to bring their windows to the foreground. Try attaching a file to an Outlook e-mail by dragging it and hovering over the Outlook icon in the taskbar to bring the window to the foreground. Once in the foreground, drop your file into the e-mail to attach it. You can also customize your taskbar with your favorite apps from Start’s All apps list by dragging and dropping over the taskbar to pin them. You can also drag and drop to the desktop via “Show desktop” at the very right corner of the taskbar.

Hi

Trying to add a file to an email. usually with windows 10 you drag and hover over the Outlook icon in the taskbar then it opens and you drop it in the email. Now when you drag it to the outlook icon nothing happens???!??

Please do not tell me this does not exist in Windows 11 because if it has been done away with then I will return to Windows 10.
