Windows 10: Unable to Enable Virtual Machine Platform Feature. Error Code: 0x8007371B

Hi I have wsl distro installed on my Windows Machine, which i have been using to deploy code to cloud, and i use wsl for development environment as Linux in Windows.I also play games in Emulatot so it required to turn off that features so i allowed the emulator to do so, And after that I am unable to use wsl at all. Cannot Install WSL or use my installed Distro as Virtual Machine Platform is not installed.I tried many sollutions online all fail to enable Virtual Machine Platform.I get Windows Error Code when Enabling it from GUITurn Windows Feature on or offThe Output Look Like this:Windows

it says referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

PC-lenovo ideapad5. i5 11th gen.

RAM-16 GB, SSD 512GB

 

Unable to enable virtual machine platform.

I have a dell inspiron 3505 with ryzen 5 3540 processor running windows 11 and I was trying to run windows subsystem for android and for that I had to enable virtual machine platform.

But when I tried to do so, after turning it on from the "turn windows features on or off" and restarting the pc, the update goes till 96% and then gives and error that it ran into some problem and then reverts the machine to its original state and thus does not install virtual machine platform.

Please help.

Note:- If it helps somehow, I have both VMware workstation and VirtualBox installed on my pc.
