Windows 10: Unable to find HP Smart on the Microsoft Store

HP tell me that I have to install the HP Smart app to scan, but every time I click ont he link it takes me to the MS Store, and when I click "Get" it tells me that the app is not found.Windows 10, up to date with updates. Any suggestions? I can't scan without this app.

Error installing HP Smart from MS Store

Hi Louie,

Thank you for the quick reply. I have followed your suggested link, but it did not solve my problem. Nothing works from Store, including HP Smart application.

Microsoft Store is up to date (v 12009.1001.1.0), my Windows 10 Pro is up to date, Troubleshoot on the Store application shows no issues. Reset it again.

Is there a way to debug this or get the installer in other way? All links from HP support get me in the Store app.

The bad thing is that I can't use my printer in any way.

Smart DJ not finding music in store

Here is the step by step...

• Go to music hub
• Select Music
• Browse to Sublime and select play
• Click the "..."
• Select "play smart dj mix"

"Says it is picking music from the Xbox music store..."

Playlist is populated with only music from the one album I have on the phone.



Under music settings I have selected "Include music from the XBox Music Store in my Smart DJ mixes.



What's up with that?



It's nt just one artist either. Happens any time I do it.
