Unable to find my Bitlocker key I reset my PC and re-installed windows. When I go into my profile I am still unable to find a recovery key. How do I get a key after resetting my laptop? I don't believe I ever had bitlocker on so not sure how the PC got locked out to ask for the key. The USB used to reload windows was provided by Dell.

Can you take a screen shot of the bitlocker window?

Also, what happens when you highlight the drive in This PC and go to the Manage tab? There should be some bitlocker options there.

Bitlock recovery to reset password
