    Unable to find my PC's serial number to load MS Office 2013 on to it


    I have a six-year-old Acer desktop computer and have changed the HDD for an SSD, and I am loading fresh copies of all the software I use on to the SSD. I have MS Office 2013 on two other devices and I want to load it on to the SSD. The Acer was registered for MS Office 2013 with the old HDD but I couldn't see how to re-register it for the new SSD, so I deleted it from the registration.To add the Acer with the SSD to the register, I need to know its serial number, but I don't know where to find it. Please can you help me.

    It might be worth to try this...................
    Go to Programs and Features > right click at Microsoft Office 2013 > click Change > click Repair.
    See if that does anything for you.

    *** adding : the steps I posted are based on my Office 2007. Your 2013 might be different. I hope not. ***

    migrate office 2013 to new PC

    Step 1. If its a single license, first uninstall it on the existing computer.

    Step 2. Download and reinstall the license on the new computer. If you already have the setup files, you can proceed to use it to install on the new computer.
