Unable to find utilman.exe: logged out after clean boot attempt

Hello,I am not able to enter my pin in order to sign in to windows. This happened after I performed a clean boot through MSconfig. The situation is very similar to what has been described here:windows 10 - Can't login after choosing "Diagnostic startup" in msconfig? - Super UserI have tried the utilman trick with cmd, but I am not able to find it in any of the drives. I tried with drives X, C and D with no luck. I also followed what's mentioned in the following thread but couldn't locate utilman.exe. Diagnostic Mode "Something happened and your PIN isn't available" Boot - Microsoft Community

  2. Attempted to do a Clean Boot but forgot to Hide Microsoft Services

    Interesting scenario . . .

    Try this:

    • Reboot.
    • Turn the machine off with the power button when the spinning circle appears.
    • Repeat this exercise two more times.
    • Reboot. You will now get the boot menu.
    • Boot into Safe Mode and undo the fatal step. Alternatively you could use System Restore.
