Windows 10: Unable to fix "This setting is managed by your administrator" under core isolation in...

I am trying to turn on the "memory integrity" setting under "core isolation" in the "device security" under windows security. The option is grayed out and is saying that "This setting is managed by your administrator". Google is not being helpful at all. I already logged out of my work/school account, and the problem still persists. I also disabled my antivirus and antimalware, and the problem still persists.
