Windows 10: Unable to get account added to my Family 365 subscription

Hi. I am the family group administrator and have just purchased O365 for Family. I am trying to add my sons account to the 365 subscription.When we click the 'get started' button on the invite email an error - Hmm....It looks like you're already in a family group.But the account isnt in another group. It does only show as 'pending' when i look at the familiy.microsoft.com though and when we follow the accept emails for this it does something similar and fails to join.Any ideas that can help ? thank you in advance.

My personal subscription has expired and have been added to a family subscription. I have no access to Office 365. How do I activate office in the family subscription?

My subscription expired. I had been added to a family subscription before it expired. I expected it to roll over into the family subscription. I can see my profile in the family subscription but I have no access to Office 365. When I go to packages and subriptions in my account it offers me a new subscription package. When I follow other prompts like signing into Office 365 it keeps going back to setting up Office. I left it running overnight it still didn't finish.

 

My microsoft account is not showing the family subscription I'm in for microsoft 365

I just now reinstalled my windows as i upgraded my SSD to higher storage. i am in family subscription of MS 365 with my brother and my microsoft account is not showing that either. my brother said my MS account is still associated with the family account, i have no idea why this is happening. Please i need urgent help here

Change Office 365 subscription


Hi,

One member of my family who has office 365 Personal subscription on her laptop. She's the first one to try out the office 365. Later, I bought a office 365 home subscription for more than one users. And I was thinking of bringing her across from personal to our office 365 home version when her personal subscription is expired.

Today, she noticed that her personal subscription will come to an end next week. Is there any easier way of adding her to our home office apart from having to uninstall all her office Apps from her laptop and then go to office setup and reinstall office when logged into with our office 365 home account.
