camera Life Cam 3000 unable to get it to stay on all check's resets and any other things I try it will work but go to normal running operation on windows 10 and it turns off had link for medical online appointment all camera/microphone worked on tests before being connected as soon as call connected camera turned off unable to find out why have tried all the suggested repair test nothing helps.

• Since you already downloaded the drivers from your device manufacturer's website, have you checked if the version of the driver that you've downloaded is compatible with your device?

We suggest that you run the the troubleshooter for Hardware and Devices, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X > Control Panel > Select
  Small icons on the View by: drop-down menu.
• Go to Troubleshooting > Hardware and Sound >
  Hardware and Devices.

  Did you check if other devices get connected using USB cable on your PC?

  Did you try plugging the camera to other PC and check if the issue persists?
  

I suggest you to connect your camera to the other computer and check if you are able to view the files and folders on the PC.



If you are unable to see the files and folders on the PC, I suggest you to update the drivers of the camera from the manufacturer’s website and check if the issue is resolved.

To take a closer look, can you send a screenshot of the error you're getting when trying to connect the camera to the computer? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Are you able to connect the camera to another computer? Have you tried checking
all your USB ports? What about using a different cable to connect the camera to the USB port?

In the meantime, I suggest running the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problems, and attempt to fix the issues automatically.
You may refer to the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R and type Control Panel.
2. Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on Troubleshooting.
3. Click on Hardware and Devices.
4. Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

If the troubleshooter can't identify the problem or fix the issue, try reinstalling your USB drivers.

1. Press Windows key + R and type devmgmt.msc to open
   Device Manager.
2. Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
3. Right-click the first USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers, and then click on
   Uninstall to remove it.
4. Repeat these steps for the entire USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
5. Restart the computer. Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.
