Windows 10: Unable to get Microsoft Store to work. Gets stuck on "Getting ready" screen, help?

Hello, any help is appreciated! I just got my hands on a new Acer predator helios 300 2022, and tried to access the microsoft store. When I do, it gets stuck on the screen mentioned in the question for a while, before giving up and giving me error code 0x80d022017. I've tried everything under the sun to fix it- ran a scan for corrupted files, tried to repair the app, updated my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc etc. I can still technically access the store after I wait for it to give me that code, but when I tried forcing it to update from there it failed. Microsoft Store App is Stuck on Getting Ready Screen

Whenever I open my Microsoft Store app it is stuck in the getting ready screen, i cannot access store settings and when i reset Microsoft Store using msreset it opens and gets stuck on the same screen again.

Microsoft Store is not working

Do let us know the exact issue you are facing in accessing the Windows Store?

Have you tried to reset the Windows Store as stated in the above response?

If the issue still persists after deploying the above troubleshooting steps, try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
and check.

1. Press
Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Control Panel.

2. In the
Control Panel window, select Category and then select
Large icons.

3. Click on
Troubleshooting.

4. Click
View all and then click Windows Store Apps.

5. Click
Next and follow on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
