Windows 10: Unable to get my verification code

Hi, i m able to connect to my microsoft account but to update some account info like add a new phone number i m not able to get my verifiction code. I m using a *** Email address is removed for privacy *** email adresse. My free acount works fine. I checked all the spam and email rules so there is norhing blocking but still not able to get the verification code. Is there a way with Microsoft admin support to change the verification email address ? Thanks

Unable to get Verification code

To begin with troubleshooting I would like you to answer the following question:

• Which email client are you using?
• What exactly do you mean by"I have entered but unfortunately there is email code send to my inbox whatsoever."?
• Are you not receiving any verification code to your primary account that you have access to?
• Is your phone number registered to get the verification code?

The verification code sent to my email is always wrong
