Windows 10: Unable to get past this screen in setup?

HI,I have bought a new Lenovo laptop. I set up a new microsoft email for microsoft account. I can log onto my new microsoft account on another device but I am unable to get past this process in the set up I enter my name, do all the security questions and it then reverts to the initial screen again. I have attempted this several times and am unable to get on. The shift F10 process I have seen on other pages doesn't seem to do anything for me

Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

Hi Yuri,

To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Unable to setup mobile hotspot in Windows 10 ( earlier it was working)

Thank you for helping. I tried all the steps in last few days but unfortunately nothing has changed. I am still unable to setup the mobile hotspot. Kindly suggest what other steps I should try.
